I found steps directly to the sea from the hotel. This was great. the outside terrace was large! i admired the sun parasol design and breakfast was very good with several options. staff were attentive and quick to assist.
The annex building is located across a busy street. You must use an underpass to access it.

The responsiveness of the reception was amazing. The food was delicious (I was especially charmed by the seafood dishes). I found the bus stop right outside the hotel very convenient. It made getting into Central Palma easy. I was also provided with fresh towels at the poolside. The bar staff were available without being intrusive. (I felt really charmed)
